Huatai Securities Denies Backdoor Listing
NANJING, Oct 23, 2006 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Nanjing-based Huatai Securities Co., Ltd., a medium brokerage firm in China, denies the news that it wants to make a backdoor listing.
The firm announces that it did not contact any listed companies and its large shareholder about backdoor listing recently. Secondly, the company has no plan to do so in a short time.
