ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, Oct 24, 2006 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- In summer 2006 the governmental commission approved of a project for construction of 43 km of a route Moscow-St.-Petersburg, where the cars can move at a speed 150 km/h.
