The Portland Pirates got a boost from the Anaheim Ducks Tuesday, as defenseman Ian Moran and left wing Stanislav Chistov were temporarily assigned to the AHL team.
According to Portland Pirates Coach Kevin Dineen, the two NHL veterans have been sent to the Pirates on a conditioning assignment that could last as long as two weeks.
Both players are expected to be in the Portland lineup …
