KOO Kien Keat may have parted ways with Chan Chong Ming but he has not given up on winning his first Asian Games medal with new partner Tan Boon Heong in Doha.

National doubles coach Rexy Mainaky made a bold decision to split the Kien Keat-Chong Ming partnership three weeks ago after earlier targeting a gold from the duo in the Asian Games.
However, Chong Ming's inconsistency and lack of confidence has thrown Kien Keat a new challenge in Doha.

But Kien Keat is not about to give up on his chances of winning a medal in the men's doubles ...
