Jin Jiang Hotels to List in HK in Dec.
SHANGHAI, Nov 20, 2006 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Jin Jiang Hotels, the largest hotel managing giant in Asia, revealed that the company was likely to go public in December.
Insiders said that Jin Jiang would pack all the hotels and restaurant business to list, collecting no more than CNY 3 billion and the listing would not influence the normal operation of Shanghai Jinjiang International Hotels Development Co., Ltd.
In addition, Jin Jiang will be the first China-invested hotel going public in Hong Kong, while Jin Jiang hopes to form uniform Jin Jiang series rather than scattered brands through ...
