ATLAN Holdings Bhd has proposed to acquire Naluri Holdings Bhd, of which it owns a 38 per cent stake, for RM435 million or 75 sen per share.

Upon completion of the acquisition, which is expected in June or July next year, Naluri will be delisted from Bursa Malaysia, said Atlan managing director Datuk Ong Kim Hoay.
"We expect a smooth acquisition and are applying for a waiver from making the mandatory general offer (MGO) for the shares in DFZ Capital Bhd," he told reporters in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.
