SA: Health professionals to stop work in SA

ADELAIDE, Dec 4 AAP - Health professionals in South Australia, including physiotherapists
and medical scientists, will begin a series of rolling stoppages today over claims for
better pay and conditions.

Adelaide's Flinders Medical Centre will be the first target in the industrial campaign
when workers walk off the job for two hours this morning.

They will be followed this afternoon by their colleagues at the Royal Adelaide Hospital.

Health Services Union secretary Jorge Navas said members would meet during the stoppage
to determine the future of their campaign for a nationally competitive pay ...
