Augusta's Julia Clukey will compete today at Lake Placid, N.Y., to land one of two remaining spots on the winter's U.S. World Cup luge team.
Clukey, 21, who has been on the World Cup team four times in her career, just missed making the fall squad this year.
She is one of four women competing for the final two spots.
"I'm feeling comfortable and strong," Clukey said. "I've had a lot of training this year and plan on doing the best I can."
