FCW Holdings Bhd's chairman was absent from the group's annual general meeting (AGM) yesterday, for the third year in a row, and some minority shareholders were not happy.

The 65-year-old Tan Sri Datuk Tan Hua Choon has been chairman of the company since 1999. His business interests include manufacturing, banking, shipping, property development and trading.
According to the company's annual report, Tan holds a 10 per cent stake in FCW Holdings, a telecommunications equipment provider.
