FINALLY, a well-written Zhineng Qigong manual in English, writes TUNG ENG SWEE.
This book is by the far the best Zhineng Qigong instruction book in English that I have come across.
Couple of years ago when Zhineng Qigong was very popular, as a student of this health exercise, I had wished for a well-written manual for students who did not read Chinese.
There were not many then - except for an encyclopaediasize manual written by a Chinese writer in collaboration with a western author, and only purchasable via the Internet - most of the instructional ...
