KASICH: From the "Personal Story" segment tonight, a very messy family affair in the wake of James Brown's death. As you know, the Godfather of Soul died on Christmas day at the age of 73. And now the 37- year-old mother of his young son says she's been locked out of the South Carolina home that they shared together.
But attorneys for Mr. Brown's estate says there's a whole other side to the story.
