The London Stock Exchange on Tuesday challenged the Nasdaq Stock Market to ''shut up or put up'' by raising its takeover offer as the bid's deadline neared.The London exchange is waiting for ''any indication from Nasdaq regarding an offer price that the board could recommend to shareholders,'' the LSE chairman, Chris Gibson-Smith, said in a statement. He made the comments after Nasdaq said that its offer of l12.43 a share was ''full and fair.''
