Statement of Wayne Pacelle President & CEO The Humane Society of the United
States Committee on House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and
Homeland Security February 6, 2007 Thank you, Mr. Chairman, for the opportunity
to testify in support of H.R. 137, the Animal Fighting Prohibition Enforcement
Act. I am Wayne Pacelle, president and CEO of The Humane Society of the
United States, the nation`s largest animal protection organization with
