HOLMDEL — Vonage Holdings Corp. on Thursday narrowed its fourth-quarter loss to $65 million as revenue nearly doubled, but the Internet phone company's stock fell to a new all-time low amid worries about weak subscriber growth.

The loss of 42 cents per share for the final three months of 2006 was in line with estimates of Wall Street analysts surveyed by Thomson Financial.
