'Bill of Rights' for Air Passengers Revived

And today's last word in business is refund. Passengers on a JetBlue flight were stuck on a New York airport tarmac for nearly 11 hours this week. It happened during an ice storm. Now the airline is offering refunds and free flights, but that may not be enough to satisfy some of the passengers.

The incident is giving a boost to some passengers' efforts to create a flyer's bill of rights. California resident Katie Hanni is leading the campaign, and she's heard here on C-SPAN television.
