Statement of David Cohen Deputy Assistant Secretary Insular Affairs Department
of the Interior Committee on House Natural Resources Subcommittee on Insular
Affairs February 27, 2007 Madam Chairwoman and members of the Committee,
thank you for the opportunity to testify on the fiscal year 2008 Office
of Insular Affairs budget request. As Deputy Assistant Secretary of the
