NSW: Witness in Brimble case to have legal costs paid by Govt

SYDNEY, March 12 AAP - A witness in the Dianne Brimble inquest is set to have some
legal costs incurred in South Australia paid for by the NSW Government.

Brimble, a Brisbane mother of three, who was a passenger aboard the Pacific Sky cruise
ship in September 2002, died after suffering cardio-respiratory arrest from a toxic combination
of alcohol and the date-rape drug fantasy.

The witness, codenamed Charles White, has asked for the money so that he remains free
to give evidence at the NSW Coroner's Court inquest, a spokeswoman for the ...
