Force Committee on House Appropriations Subcommittee on Military Construction
and Veterans Affairs March 29, 2007 INTRODUCTION Air Force facilities,
housing, and Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) programs are key components
of our infrastructure. Our bases are weapons systems in and of themselves:
