Guangdong Kaiping Chunhui Get New Controller

SHANGHAI, May 16, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Cinda Investment Corporation, a unit of China Cinda Asset Management Corporation (CINDA), will become the controller of Guangdong Kaiping Chunhui Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000976), a public company engaged in production of chemical fiber and polyester chips.

Cinda recently won the bid for a package of assets of Chunhui's Guangdong-based controlling shareholder for CNY 803 million, and thus got a 22.36 stake in Chunhui, as well as the company's well-known trade mark CHUNHUI and a batch of its equipment and transportation vehicle.
