Bruce Poliquin will have one more opportunity to convince the city that he should be granted the zoning change he needs to build upscale townhouses and a 100-slip marina on the Kennebec River.
Poliquin's latest attempt, the first since a May 2006 arson fire destroyed the former Stinson Seafood cannery at the site, failed Tuesday night.
