RU: Kelleher exercises "get out" as French club drops

AUCKLAND, May 28 NZPA - Byron Kelleher is ready to bid adieu to demoted French club
Agen but the All Blacks halfback is still committed to a post-World Cup rugby move to
the tournament's host nation.

Kelleher announced his two-year deal with the former powerhouse in March but is in
the process of exercising his "get out" clause after the club was relegated from the French
top flight last weekend.

The 49-test veteran today conceded he could re-enter negotiations with the New Zealand
Rugby Union but his clear preference was a French club that can provide "competitive rugby"
