NSW: Man loses third appeal against conviction for wife murder

A Sydney man who's succeeded twice in challenging his conviction for murdering his
wife .. has lost his third appeal.

The New South Wales Court of Criminal Appeal has dismissed the latest challenge by
THOMAS ANDREW KEIR .. who's serving 22 years behind bars for the murder of his first wife
.. JEAN.

The court was told KEIR killed the 22-year-old in February 1988 .. in a jealous rage
after discovering she'd had an affair.
