and Consumer Credit June 07, 2007 Introduction Good morning Madam Chair,
Ranking Member Gillmor, and distinguished members of the Subcommittee.
I am Richard Neiman, Superintendent of the New York State Banking Department.
I am pleased to be here today to testify on behalf of the Conference of
State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) on the need to improve disclosures and protections
