Hearing for 20 defendants fixed

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has fixed five dates to hear an application by 20 defendants to strike out Tan Sri Tajudin Ramli's RM13.4 billion counter claim in a suit brought against him by Danaharta.

The dates are Aug 27, Sept 26, Oct 8, Nov 14 and Jan 22.
Senior Assistant Registrar Iris Awen Jon fixed the dates after counsel for Tajudin and the defendants met her in chambers yesterday.
