(Kentucky Kernel) (U-WIRE) LEXINGTON, Ky. -- When Jeff DeMoss was hired as the executive director of University of Kentucky Dining Services three years ago he knew he wanted to "fix things."

"That's what I do," he said. "I'm good at standing back, really taking a look at what is not working with a program. When I got to UK, I spent a lot of time sitting back and watching what was going on. I watched how Dining Services and UK Catering treated the students and customers and what services were provided.
