Kunming Sinobright Guarantees for Subsidiary
KUNMING, Jun 22, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Kunming Sinobright (Group) Co., Ltd, (SZ: 000560) made a statement on June 20 that it signed lately a contract with one of the branches of China Agricultural Bank to provide CNY 70 million guarantee for its subsidiary Jiangsu Baida.
With the proceed, Jiangsu Baida will develop Wuxi Baida City in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, which covers 383, 525 square meters in total.
