CONRAD: As I look at this Mid-Session Review, it's more hide the
ball from this administration; hide the debt; don't talk about the debt;
shuffle off the debt; forget about the debt. But it is undeniable. What
they are doing is running up the debt. That's the hard reality that we
confront.
We have seen repeatedly that they overstate the February deficit
estimate in order to claim improvement later in the year. It has been
