O'REILLY: "Unresolved problem" segment tonight, apparently actress Lindsay Lohan is saying she is innocent of drug charges. She was arrested this week for her second DUI. And the cops say she had cocaine in her pocket.
Joining us now from Los Angeles with an update, Harvey Levin, the boss at tmz.com. OK. So the woman sends an e-mail to a syndicated entertainment program saying it wasn't her cocaine in her pocket. Are we supposed to believe this or what?
