Morgan Stanley hired Dino Kos, a former official at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, to lead efforts to attract business from central banks and government investment agencies outside the United States. Kos will move to Hong Kong and become head of central banks and sovereign wealth funds at the Morgan Stanley investment management unit, the firm said in statement Thursday.
