Don Imus, CBS Radio and the MSNBC cable television channel were sued by a member of the Rutgers University women's basketball team for disparaging comments Imus made on air that got him fired in April. Kia Vaughn, 20, claims she was defamed by Imus, said her lawyer, Richard Ancowitz, who e-mailed a copy of the complaint to Bloomberg.
