Citychamp Dartong to Buy More 30% of a BJ Property Company
BEIJING, Oct 11, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Citychamp Dartong Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600067) plans to enlarge its stake in Beijing Science and Technology Park Construction Co., Ltd. to 49% by purchasing more 20% shares, the Chinese enamel copper wires maker announced on October 9, 2007.
The 30% stake consists of 9% and 21% stakes respectively held by Beijing Haikai Real Estate Group Company and Beijing Haidian Commercial Facilities Construction Management Company.
