Triangle Hofbrau, one of North Jersey's last remaining German restaurants, will dish out its last sauerbraten and spaetzle in mid-November.
An institution in Pequannock since 1936, Triangle Hofbrau was one of the only local restaurants where you could enjoy wursts and braised red cabbage with German music, courtesy of a longtime chef and musicians who had played together five nights a week for 17 years.
