23, 2007 Chairman Inouye, Vice Chairman Stevens and Members of the Committee:
I am honored to appear before you today as President Bush`s nominee to
be Inspector General of the Department of Commerce. I have been privileged
to testify before this Committee and its Subcommittees as Acting Inspector
General of the Department of Transportation (DOT), and to have contributed
