WA: New district court judge appointed
PERTH, Oct 25 AAP - A lawyer who assisted a royal commission into the finance broking
industry has been appointed as a judge in the District Court of Western Australia.
Anette Schoombee, who has twice served as a District Court commissioner and was appointed
to assist the royal commission into the finance broking industry in 2001, will take up
her new position on November 26.
