KUALA LUMPUR: With an innocuous heading such as the "The Supremacy of the Constitution", a session at the 14th Malaysian Law Conference 2007 instead turned into one with the heading "We watched, we walked, we now ... do what?"
The original session was to be presented by Indonesia's president of the constitutional court Prof Dr Jimly Asshiddiqie but as he could not make it at the last minute, the Bar Council improvised.
