BHS Industries Bhd, a publisher and printer of school books and magazines, plans to raise RM18 million in an initial public offering (IPO) before listing on Bursa Malaysia's second board.
The bulk of the proceeds will be used to upgrade its machinery to newer technology and faster speed, which will shorten delivery time, save on paper and improve quality of the prints, executive director B.S. Heng said.
