Asian Bamboo Debuts on German Bourse
FUJIAN, Nov 09, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Asian Bamboo AG, a bamboo products producer in China, starts its IPO on the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on November 8, 2007.
It plans to go public on November 16.
It mulls offering of 5.5867 million shares and raise EUR 75 million, which will be used in expanding its processing capacity of bamboo and bamboo shoot as the bamboos is in the short supply.
Its bamboo flooring plant is likely to be put into production in 2009. Its profits after tax hit EUR 3.94 million in 2006.
