Portland school administrators made a pitch Wednesday to keep Casco Bay High School open for a fourth year despite increased operating costs and an enrollment that is far below past projections.
The administrators pledged to promote enrollment, keep costs in check, give up the search for another home and make the best of being located in Portland Arts and Technology High School.
