(The University Star) (U-WIRE) SAN MARCOS, Texas -- The holidays are here and so are the parties, hors devours and the traditional hot toddy. This time of year can be hard on one's diet, but campus recreation has gathered helpful hints to make this season a healthy one.
Raquel Cruz, assistant director of campus recreation, and Michelle Sansone, fitness and wellness graduate assistant, led an informational seminar at the University Bookstore Nov. 15 to provide students with the tools they need to stay fit through this time of excess.
