MALAYSIAN Biotechnology Corp has bought the exclusive worldwide licence of a nanotechnology platform from a French company.

Commercialisation of projects arising from the acquisition from Nanobiotix is expected to start in 2011.
This was the first technology acquisition made by Biotech Corp since its incorporation in May 2005 as one of the action plans under the National Biotechnology Policy.
