Golf: Aussie Sarah Kemp earns LPGA Tour card
DAYTONA BEACH, Florida, Dec 2 AAP - Young Australian golfer Sarah Kemp is set to move
from Europe to the United States after clinching a 2008 LPGA Tour card.
The 21-year-old from Tuncurry, NSW, fired rounds of 71 70 74 72 68 to finish tied ninth
at five-under-par in the qualifying school final stage at Daytona Beach, Florida.
Kemp played this year on the Ladies European Tour, claiming third placings in the Italian
Open and Northern Ireland Open.
With the top 17 players getting full tour cards, countrywoman and fellow LET player
Anna Rawson was desperately unlucky to miss out.
