Garmin announced that it has completed the acquisition of Synergy S.p.A. (Synergy), the distributor of Garmin's consumer products in Italy
The company will be renamed Garmin Italia S.p.A. and will retain its management, sales, marketing and supporting staff consisting of approximately 40 people and will continue operations at its offices in Milan.
