Xi'an Minsheng to Sell Shares in Subsidiary

SHENZHEN, Dec 05, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Xi'an Minsheng Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 000564) announced on December 4, 2007, that it planned to sell the equities it takes in Hanzhong-based Hanson Century Sunshine Mansion to two holding companies of Hainan Airlines Group Co., Ltd.

Hainan Airlines Holdings Co., Ltd. is going to invest CNY 83.16 million for 27 million shares in the Hanzhong company. Baoji Department Store (Group) Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 000796) will buy 8.88 million shares in the company for CNY 27.35 million.

After the transactions, the capital stock of the Hanzhong company will increase to 45 million shares ...
