Hainan State Farms to Create Logistic Arm

HAIKOU, Dec 06, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- General Bureau of Hainan State Farms plans to start to operate a new logistic arm in Hainan Province of Southern China in January 2008 at the earliest.

The subsidiary will register CNY 50 million in capital. It will provide a variety of services, including transportation, storage, distribution, information and value-added services.

The annual gross domestic product of Hainan State Farms is over CNY 7 billion now. The logistic expense of its internal operation is about CNY 1.274 billion a year.
