address the high cost of energy, U.S. Senator Susan Collins is urging the
Department of Energy to temporarily suspend filling the Strategic Petroleum
Reserve (SPR). In a bipartisan letter sent today to Secretary Samuel Bodman,
Senator Collins, along with Senators Carl Levin (D- MI), Joseph Lieberman
(ID-CT), and Norm Coleman (R-MN), says that she believes that the continued
