HONG KONG, Jan 23, 2008 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Celestial Asia Securities Holdings Ltd. (SEHK: 1049) is in talks on new cooperative plan with Chongqing Chongyou Information Technology (Group) Co., Ltd., disclosed Chan Yau Ching, exculusive director of Celestial Asia.
The plan includes roping in an overseas strategic investor for their TD-SCDMA joint venture. It is the second cooperative plan between the two sides after the termination of the old one about creation of the joint venture due to evaluation and investment disagreement early this month.
