The East Mill Plain joint's East Coast-style pizza has earned itself as much mention as its celebrated "elbow dripper" cheesesteak and free-of-charge lip. Richie's entry reigned supreme in The Columbian's first-ever all-county contest, beating out mega-chains and pizza-only parlors.
