Police say a Harrison man was arrested Thursday night with thousands of prescription pills that he obtained by "doctor shopping" throughout Oxford and Cumberland counties.
Marc Lev, 47, was charged with illegally acquiring prescription drugs, aggravated drug trafficking, and presenting himself as a doctor and a police officer.
