THE right to vote is priceless. Yet, some people in this country take this right for granted, choosing not to vote. More than four million who are eligible to vote won't because they have not registered. Some people refuse to vote because they think their vote doesn't count. While it's true that they have the right not to vote, they'd better not complain about the state of the nation after election day.
