2 Chinese Game Companies to Jointly Go Public

BEIJING, Mar 11, 2008 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Two Chinese game companies, Beijing Guangyu Huaxia Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Coslight Tiancheng Interactive Software Ltd., plan to float renminbi-denominated A shares as a whole in the near future, said informed people.

Their combination will be focusing on developing proprietary games independently. It expects to go public in September 2008, becoming the first of its likes to get listed on the domestic stock market.
